Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Stream24, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of Stream24 after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

2. Service Description

Stream24 is a live multistreaming platform that allows you to broadcast live video and audio to multiple streaming platforms simultaneously. The Service includes:

• RTMP ingest server and routing to third-party destinations
• Cloud Pull streaming from remote URLs and file sources
• Local file upload and live broadcast
• Scheduled broadcast automation
• Live chat aggregation from connected platforms
• Embeddable player widget

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

You must register for an account to use Stream24. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may not share your account with others, use another person's account without permission, or create accounts by automated means. One person may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Plans

Stream24 offers Free, Starter, and Pro subscription tiers. Plan features are as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to adjust plan features and pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly, 6-monthly, or annual basis via Paystack. All prices are in KES (Kenya Shillings) at checkout unless otherwise specified. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period.

Refunds

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. To request a refund, contact support@stream24.io within 7 days of a charge.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Stream24 to broadcast or distribute content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory
• Infringes intellectual property rights, including copyrighted music, video, or software
• Contains malware, viruses, or any other harmful code
• Facilitates or promotes illegal activity
• Violates the terms of service of any connected platform (YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, etc.)

You are solely responsible for all content you stream through Stream24 and for complying with applicable laws, platform policies, and music licensing requirements for any content you broadcast.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

Stream24, its logo, and all associated software, text, graphics, and interfaces are owned by Omnistream Media Solutions and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of the Service.

You retain all rights to the content you stream through Stream24. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to transmit and relay your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Stream24 relays your stream to third-party platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, etc.) on your behalf. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of these platforms. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms of service.

If a third-party platform restricts or terminates your access, we cannot guarantee continued service to that destination. Stream24 will not issue refunds due to third-party platform restrictions.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, that your use poses a risk to the Service or other users, or that we are required to do so by law.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@stream24.io or through your account settings. Upon closure, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Stream24 is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omnistream Media Solutions shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Interruption of service or failed broadcast delivery
• Actions or policies of third-party platforms

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to Stream24 in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through the courts of Kenya.
