Stream24 is a multi-platform live streaming service that allows users to simultaneously broadcast live video content to multiple third-party platforms (including YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter) from a single RTMP source.
We provide the infrastructure, dashboard, and relay service. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or terms of the destination platforms you stream to.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. One person may not maintain multiple active accounts.
Stream24 offers the following paid subscription plans:
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is processed by Flutterwave and subject to their terms. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial months, except where required by applicable law.
Exceeding your plan limits (platforms, concurrent streams, or user accounts) will result in restricted access to the features beyond your plan. Upgrade at any time at app.stream24.io/subscribe.

The free trial is available once per person and once per email address. After the trial expires, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service. No payment information is required to start a free trial.
You agree to use Stream24 only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for all content you stream through our service. You must:

Stream24 and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Stream24 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to the content you stream. By using our service, you grant Stream24 only the limited, technical licence necessary to relay your stream to your chosen destination platforms.
Stream24 does not record, store, or archive your stream content.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. Stream24 may be temporarily unavailable due to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you:
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@stream24.io. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stream24 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Stream24 after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
