By creating an account on Stream24 or using any of our services at stream24.io or app.stream24.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all users including free plan users, paid subscribers, and administrators.
Stream24 is a professional multi-platform live streaming service that enables simultaneous broadcasting to YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Kick, Rumble, Dailymotion, Vimeo, Trovo, and custom RTMP destinations from a single source. Stream24 supports three source modes:
Stream24 is accessible via the web dashboard at app.stream24.io. iOS and Android native apps are in development.
To use Stream24 you must provide a valid email address, be at least 13 years of age, keep your credentials secure, and notify us of any unauthorised account access. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One person may not maintain multiple active accounts.

Starter includes: YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, LinkedIn, TikTok. Pro adds: Instagram, X (Twitter), Kick, Rumble, Dailymotion, Vimeo, Trovo, and Custom RTMP destinations. Annual plans save approximately 10% vs monthly billing.
Paid subscriptions are billed at your chosen interval (monthly, every 6 months, or annually). Payment is processed by Paystack. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges at your selected billing interval.
When a payment fails or a billing period ends without renewal, your account enters a 2-day grace period during which streaming remains active. You will receive an email notification. If not renewed within 2 days, your account is automatically downgraded to the Free plan and streaming beyond the Free plan limits is paused. Your stream keys and destinations remain saved and reactivate immediately upon resubscription.
Cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods except where required by applicable law.
Stream24 offers a permanent free plan with no expiry and no credit card required. The Free plan includes:
The Free plan does not include Local File streaming, Cloud Pull, portrait mode, scheduled broadcasts, custom RTMP, or the embeddable player. Upgrade to Starter or Pro to access these features.
You are solely responsible for all content you stream. You must have the necessary rights and licences for all broadcast content, comply with destination platform terms of service, comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, not circumvent technical limitations or access controls, not share stream keys with unauthorised parties, and not use Cloud Pull or Local File features to redistribute third-party content without appropriate rights.
The following content is strictly prohibited on Stream24:
You retain all rights to your content. Stream24 is granted only the limited technical licence necessary to relay your stream to your chosen destinations. Stream24 does not record or archive live stream content. Local files uploaded for streaming are automatically deleted after 7 days and are removed immediately upon account deletion.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Stream24 is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical issues, third-party platform outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for Terms violations, prohibited content, fraud, or non-payment. You may delete your account at any time from the account settings page. Data is removed per our Privacy Policy upon deletion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stream24 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, lost profits, or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
