By creating an account on Stream24 or using any of our services at stream24.io or app.stream24.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all users including free trial users, paid subscribers, and administrators.
Stream24 is a professional multi-platform live streaming service that enables simultaneous broadcasting to YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter) from a single source. Stream24 supports three source modes:
Stream24 is accessible via the web dashboard at app.stream24.io. iOS and Android native apps are in development and coming soon.
To use Stream24 you must provide a valid email address, be at least 13 years of age, keep your credentials secure, and notify us of any unauthorised account access. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One person may not maintain multiple active accounts. Registration is completed on the web platform.

All plans include 1 user account. Starter includes: YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, LinkedIn, TikTok. Pro adds: X (Twitter), Instagram, Custom RTMP destinations.
Subscriptions are billed at your chosen interval. Payment is processed by Paystack. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges at your selected billing interval.
When a payment fails or a billing period ends without renewal, your account enters a 2-day grace period during which streaming remains active. You will receive an email notification. If not renewed within 2 days, your account is automatically downgraded and streaming is paused. Your stream keys and destinations remain saved and reactivate immediately upon resubscription.
Cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods except where required by applicable law.
New users receive a 7-day free trial including: 2 destination platforms, 720p streaming, basic analytics, RTMP source mode, and 1 user account. No payment information required. The free trial is available once per person and email address. After expiry, a paid plan is required to continue streaming.
You are solely responsible for all content you stream. You must have necessary rights and licences for all broadcast content, comply with destination platform terms, comply with all applicable laws, not circumvent technical limitations, not share stream keys with unauthorised parties, and not use Cloud Pull or Local File features to redistribute content without appropriate rights.
Zero tolerance: violation results in immediate account termination without refund.
Prohibited content includes: copyright-infringing material, adult or sexually explicit content, content promoting violence or hatred, harmful content involving minors, illegal content, spam or phishing, content violating destination platform terms, and unlicensed radio broadcasts or audio streams via Cloud Pull.
You retain all rights to your content. Stream24 is granted only the limited technical licence necessary to relay your stream. Stream24 does not record or archive live stream content. Local files are permanently deleted when the stream session ends.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Stream24 is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for Terms violations, prohibited content, fraud, or non-payment. You may delete your account by contacting support@stream24.io. Data is removed per our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stream24 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim. The service is provided “as is.”
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
